t/one-core-peak: Reporting BLK_CGROUP

When BLK_CGROUP is enabled, it induces some rdtsc calls which reduce the
overall performance.

Let's report if this option is enabled.

The tool was reporting BLK_CGROUP_IOCOST which wasn't the right one.
