From ed32017c73449b3f5892d69d5ddbbe425b433660 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Krzysztof Kozlowski Date: Sun, 30 Aug 2020 15:51:44 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: exynos: Override thermal by label in Galaxy I9000 Using full paths to extend or override a device tree node is error prone since if there was a typo error, a new node will be created instead of extending the node as it was desired. This will lead to run-time errors that could be hard to detect. A mistyped label on the other hand, will cause a dtc compile error (during build time).
