From: Ian Rogers Date: Tue, 18 Mar 2025 16:16:39 +0000 (-0700) Subject: perf tests: Harden branch stack sampling test X-Git-Tag: v6.16-rc1~57^2~63 X-Git-Url: https://git.kernel.dk/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=f3061d526714ac6cc936c48e76a6eb0512c69b1a;p=linux-block.git perf tests: Harden branch stack sampling test On continuous testing the perf script output can be empty, or nearly empty, causing tr/grep to exit and due to "set -e" the test traps and fails. Add some empty file handling that sets the test to skip and make grep and other text rewriting failures non-fatal by adding "|| true".
