Pull x86 perf fixes from Borislav Petkov:

 - Explicitly clear DEBUGCTL.LBR to prevent LBRs continuing being

 - Remove the PEBS-via-PT feature from being supported on hybrid systems

 - Fix perf record/top default commands on systems without a raw PMU
   registered
