sata_mv: remove unnecessary initialization

sata_mv initializes unused ioports fields including bmdma_addr to
NULL.  As later changes will conditionalize BMDMA, this makes sata_mv
unnecessarily dependent on BMDMA.  Remove the unnecessary
initialization.
