This patch resolves coding style space ERRORs reported by checkpatch

ERROR: spaces required around that '>' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxO)
ERROR: space required before that '&' (ctx:OxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '!=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxW)
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
ERROR: spaces required around that '?' (ctx:VxE)
ERROR: spaces required around that ':' (ctx:VxE)
ERROR: spaces required around that '==' (ctx:VxV)
