ftrace: Fix maybe-uninitialized compiler warning

During build compiler reports some 'false positive' warnings about
variables {'seq_ops', 'filtered_pids', 'other_pids'} may be used
uninitialized. This patch silences these warnings.
Also delete some useless spaces
