drm/i915/vdsc: Use VDSC0/VDSC1 for LEFT/RIGHT VDSC engine

Drop use of LEFT/RIGHT VDSC engine and use VDSC0/VDSC1 instead.
While at it, use REG_BIT macro for the bits.
