media: atomisp: asc.acc.pipeline is always NULL

With the removal of the ACC ioctls and atomisp_acc.c asc.acc.pipeline
never gets set, so it is always NULL.

Remove asc.acc.pipeline and drop checks for it being NULL / !NULL.
