mm/madvise: handle madvise_lock() failure during race unwinding

mm/madvise: handle madvise_lock() failure during race unwinding

When unwinding race on -ERESTARTNOINTR handling of process_madvise(),
madvise_lock() failure is ignored.  Check the failure and abort remaining
works in the case.
