ocfs2: replace deprecated simple_strtol with kstrtol

ocfs2: replace deprecated simple_strtol with kstrtol

simple_strtol() ignores overflows and has an awkward interface for error
checking.  Replace with the recommended kstrtol function leads to clearer
error checking and safer conversions.
