MAINTAINERS: can: xilinx_can: remove Naga Sureshkumar Relli

Mails to naga.sureshkumar.relli@xilinx.com are bouncing due to a mail
loop. Seems Naga Sureshkumar Relli has left the company.

Remove Naga Sureshkumar Relli from the xilinx_can driver.
