Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie:
 "Weekly drm fixes, mostly amdgpu and xe. The larger amdgpu fix is for a
  new IP block introduced in rc1, so should be fine. The xe fixes

  with some fixes which required precursor changes, but otherwise
  everything seems fine,
