perf tools: Remove filter parameter of perf_event__preprocess_sample()

perf tools: Remove filter parameter of perf_event__preprocess_sample()

Now that the symbol filter is recorded on the machine there is no need
to pass it to perf_event__preprocess_sample().  So remove it.
