iowatcher: Add initial support for flash tracing
This is incomplete, but it will catch messages from
the flash driver to find the actual chip an IO
was sent to.

iowatcher: Add a new movie mode that maps the IOs onto a platter.
The --movie option defaults to spindle mode now,
but you can choose --movie=rect or --movie=spindle
as well.
