mlx4_core: Change capability decoding: SRC->XRC

The SRC ("scalable RC") transport has been renamed to XRC ("extended
RC"), to avoid having an abbreviation that is so easily confused with an
abbreviation for "source."  Update the HCA capability decoding output to
use the new name.
