usb-storage: unusual_devs entry to fix write-access regression for Seagate external drives

Kris Lindgren reports that without the NO_WP_DETECT flag, his Seagate
external disk drive fails all write accesses.  This regresssion dates
back approximately to the start of the 4.x kernel releases.
